By using Clickylearner ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Clickylearner is a web-based study tool that allows users to practice typing through their own study material, generate AI-powered flashcards from uploaded documents, and track their typing performance. The Service is currently in beta.

You retain ownership of any content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service. Uploaded files are deleted immediately after processing and are not stored on our servers.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload and process any content you submit.

5. AI-Generated Content

Clickylearner uses OpenAI's API to generate flashcards and quizzes from your uploaded material. AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

The Clickylearner name, logo, design, and code are owned by Clickylearner. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clickylearner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time from within the app.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We'll update the "last updated" date when we make changes.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
